Here you must configure the main parameters of Kyrios and also the data such as address, contacts and tax number

Here you should configure the header and footer for the printing reports and in the numerators we define the numerators to be used in the processes and documents

In Treasury we manage all financial documents and current accounts and in covenants we can define rules to generate covenants

In the Archive, we can manage individual files and families, and in the Sacraments, we can manage the processes of Marriage, Baptism, Confirmation and Catechumenate.

You should carefully read the operation of the document types, so that you can configure the solution according to your needs.

Configure subscription settings

Click on here to open the settings page. You must complete the following elements properly:

Currency
Choose the currency to be used for your subscription.

Pastor
Choose the responsible parish priest, he will be associated with the documents where it is mandatory.

Predefined document type
Choose the type of document that will be used whenever you use the automatic creation of treasury documents from processes, mass intentions,…

Finance department
Here you should define the financial breakdown, which will be associated with the Model 25 file

Configure the Diocese / Parish settings

Access the settings in the menu at the top right (see image):

You must confirm and properly complete the elements:

Tax designation
Here you must put the name you want to be used when issuing Treasury documents. An example is in the case of Parishes where receipts must be issued in the name of the Demo Parish Church Factory, instead of the subscription name which is only Demo Parish.

Tax identification number
Here you must put the tax identification number (NIPC) to be used in the treasury documents.

They must also confirm, correct and fill in the remaining data to keep the complete form.

Set up reporting

Click on here to open the report settings page. You must complete the following elements properly:

Logo
Add the logo that will be used in all reports.

Title / Arciprestado
In this field, when applicable, you must enter the name of your Arciprestado / Vigararia.

Subtitle / Parish
In this field, when applicable, you must put the name of your Parish.

address
Here you must put your address.

Contacts
Here you must put your contacts.

Configure the numerators for processes and treasury

Click on here to open the numerator settings page.

If you need to create new numerators, you should follow the instructions found in the help.
Then you must associate the numerators to the respective processes / modules:

Associate a numerator with a module (processes and treasury)
After having the numerator created, to associate that numerator with a module you must (example for the mass intentions module):
1) After the numbering module is open, click on the “Module numberers” button on the upper right side;
2) Click on the “Add” button;
3) Select the module, in this case “Mass intentions”;
4) Select the numerator created;
At the end, repeat these steps for the different modules.
The numerators can be changed whenever necessary, such as changing the year when new numerators can be created for the new year (see documentation on here).

Treasury

The Treasury Module allows you to issue documents from:

  • Advance
  • Credit
  • Donation
  • Debt
  • Receipt

 

It is from this module that the institution's financial flows are managed, from self-settlement documents (that is, those that do not generate a current account), to documents that generate a current account, which may be pending payment, or in the case of to be advances and also allows you to manage which documents affect model 25, that is, the donations to be presented to Finance.

The module of the covenants, allows in a simple way, to configure several types of covenants with different periodicities and types of documents, which are associated with the respective covenants that can be configured on here. Having the covenants properly configured, to generate the documents associated with them, simply access the processing of covenants and search, if there are any covenants to be generated they will be displayed and just select the desired ones and click on “process selected covenants”.

Archive

In the Archive you can find:

  • Individual records - individual records are all persons / companies / entities that are part of the life of the Parish or that are necessary to associate with a receipt. You can see more information on here.
  • Families - families are households, where we must associate all the people who live in a particular house. It is here that we are able to consult a complete summary of all treasury documents associated with the various elements of the family, to validate, for example, parish rights.   • Catechism - in catechesis you can manage all the different catechesis classes in your community. At the end of the year, the results are transferred to the summary of the individual files, being part of the people's history, with no need to consult directly the catechesis records.   • Deaths - place where you can manage all death processes and obtain declarations of presence. You can see more information on here
  • Mass intentions - here you can manage the various Mass intentions of the Parish or Diocese, being able to assign a place of worship at a later step, as well as the celebrant and issue the receipt to the celebrant, as well as to those who requested the intention.
